Hi, Matilda here. I think that perfect storm means what we imagine to be a storm, the kind of storm that is in the movies. Not just a bit of rain and some clouds. I think that a perfect storm could be used with words like the perfect earthquake or the perfect fight. What do you think the perfect storm is? Hi Ms. Judd, I'm Franny, I'm in your class so you should know who I am. 'perfect storm' to me, means not a weak storm with just a little rain and no lighting or thunder. A BIG storm that could destroy anything. Kind of a cliche storm, like the ones you see in a movie. The phrase 'perfect storm' could also be used for describing a quarrel with your friends. Dark, angry and fierce is what quarrels are and it's also what storms are. Getting out on the wrong side of bed is another explanation for a perfect storm. Toodle-oo, Franny

I woke up I banged my head of the roof then I went to go see what was for breakfast my mum said oh no we are out of ever thing you will have to have no break feast then I walked to school when I saw a big puddle and then I looked at it and then I saw a big car come past and then it got me all wet and when I got to school I got more wet it was a storm and then I got in my class and I have to do a test what a perfect storm. Kia Ora I think a perfect storm would be like a bad Rugby game. For exaple it starts raining also theres a wave of mud that comes at you and you also lose the game by one ponit. It is the worst feeling because your angry and sad also in a storm there are crazy high waves also thunder and lighting just like if you get mad also you feel fusterated so that is what I think a perfect storm would be. Plus the storm would get worse wouldn't it if you get mad right?

I think the perfect storm would be the storm that even the strongest of sailers can get washed up into the near endless sea. It could also be where theres lightning and thunder that could burst your ship/boat. Maybe the perfect storm is an argument where it feels like theres a storm.
