    It's Franny here! I think (if my friend was a red-zoney person - which they're not -) that I would be calm and help them with their problem. I would reason with them but not defend what or who they are against. I could try to make them see from that person's point of view. I am good at calming people down.
    What calms you down the most? For me it's reading a funny book like Calvin & Hobbes.

    If my friend kept going in to the Red zone. I would just tell her to take 3 deep breaths and take a walk. Sometimes that clams me down so maybe it might clam her down well I hope it would work. Other thing I would be is tell her to take a nap or get her something nice like a cup of tea. They are the only things I could think of.
    What would you do if your friend went in to the Red zone?

  5. Hi Ms.Judd my name is Byesion and I'm going to say my way of how to calm down your friend if he is in red zone. First try to say calm down because that could help. Tell them why are they angry it gives you an idea of what to say. Try cheering them up like maybe bring one of their favourite things or invite them over to play because maybe your parents would know how to do it. Those are the first ways that come to my mind. That is all for me BYE!!!

  7. Zdravo Rm 7, one way to hep, your friend get back into the green zone is to give them some time by them self to calm down. The they might come back soon and join in your game again.

    If my friend got into the red zone I would try to help them by:
    1. Leave them alone for a bit and let them cool off.
    2. Tell them to take some deep breaths.
    3. Let them talk to you about the problem.

  9. Kia Ora Megan!!!!!!! Its Niamh from your class! I have some ideas for you. 1:do some of your fave things together. 2: Read your fave book. And 3: Talk to someone about why you are angry. I only always do number 2 though.
    How do you do if you are finding it hard to get back into the green zone?

  12. You should make him play his favorite game and play with him. If he gets mad again just make him excited, so he turn to Red to Yellow to Green.
