  1. Kia ora R7, I think Sam could get into the green zone by asking for help or closing his lid and taking some deep breaths. What is your favourite thing to do when you are tired or fustrated? Blog you later!

  2. Hello Megan!🐾😜
I think that Sam is in the yellow zone and maybe a little bit of red but mostly yellow. Well if I did not understand something and no one was helping me I would be in the yellow zone too. But if Sam needed help he could ask 3 people before asking the teacher. Or Sam could just skip the things that are hard and do these later. That is all I could think of.
What would you do to help Sam get back in to the green zone? Blog you later!

  3. Kia ora Megan, This is Lila from your class!
I think that Sam is in the middle of yellow & red zone. Sam could stand up & stretch. If that does not work you could try searching it on google unless you are in a test. If that does not work you could just sit outside and watch birds. How do you think Sam could get out of the red & yellow zone?

  4. K🌸nichiwa Ms. Judd,
I think if Sam was in that position he should do these 3 things.
Stop, Stand, Stretch. I just made that up!
Stop whatever he's doing, stand up and stretch. Another thing would be to take a deep breath. Or if you are at home take a walk in the garden.
If none of this works, look up inspirational quotes and say them to yourself.
Also you could read a light story like a comic but nothing to deep or heavy.
So, will Sam use these tips?
I don't know. But he should!

  6. Hello Megan, Matilda here.
I think Sam is in the yellow zone because he's not going out of control and he's not sad and sick he is just frustrated. I think he can get out of the yellow zone and getting into the green zone by:
    1. Standing up and doing some stretches.
    2. Closing his lid for bit and thinking about something else.
    3. Taking some deep breathes.
How would you get out of the yellow zone?

  10. Kia Ora, my name is Niamh and I’m from the most awesome class in the world (a.k.a your class) at Owairaka District School. I think Sam is in the yellow zone and to get back into the green zone he should ask for help and then see if he understands it more afterwards. I remember when I felt like this in room 4 at my old school. Have you ever felt like this???

    Blog ya later!!

  12. Kia ora Megan it is Amy from your class.
I think that Sam is in the Yellow Zone and that there are so many ways to get out of the yellow zone like taking deep breaths and maybe look away from what ever you are looking at and stand up count to ten slowly. Then ask for help if no one else will help you ask the teachure or tell her/him that you do not understand. (make sure you at least ask 3 people befor the teachure)
Have you got a way to get out of the Yellow Zone?

  14. Hello, I think Sam is in the yellow zone because he is frustrated. Maybe Sam could ask for help, then he might know how to answer the next question but if someone does not want to tell you the answer just keep asking util someone tells you. What do you do when you don't know the answer the a question?

  15. Hi Ms.Judd, I'm Byesion and I'm going to comment on your blog post about how someone is in the yellow zone and how will he get back to the green zone. My first one is ask someone for help. Your going to want help if you are really struggling about a question that the rest seem to understand. Next would be try to take a small break and just do something that lets you calm down such as breathing in and out, maybe close your eyes, and have a do something that gets your mind of things. What makes you calm down and get your mind of things? That is my ways of going from yellow zone to green zone. That's all for me BYE!!!

when you hop in to yellow zone you have to take a bark from what. because when you have so much to do so close your aye and take a big breath.
