Hello. This is Antonio from Room 7. I think that Jacks Mum helped by distracting the giant. Jacks Mum is not afraid because she probably thinks that the giant is nice.

Hello Megan! It is Mikayla from your class! I think that Jack's mum isn't scared of George because she might have been scared when she first saw him like Jack and Tim was. But then she noticed George was hurt and she felt bad for him so she helped him. Then after that George did not hurt Jack's mum so I guess that is why Jack's mum is not scared of him. Hi Megan, it is Amy from your class. I think that Jack's mum has helped George by washing his clothes, giving him food and building a platform in the tree for george to sit on while his arm heals. I think that Jack's mum is helping george becuase goerge fell from the top of his tree and hurt his arm so he can not climb back up the tree to his home. I also think that Jack's mum is not afraid of George because he has a sore arm and he is very kind to her becuase he got helped by her and she helped him while he was feeling sad also when he had a sore arm. Hi Megan, Samantha here. I think that jack's mum helped George by building a plat form for him to live while he got better, put a sling on his broken arm and feed him porridge with a giant spoon! I think she wasn't afraid because apart from being a giant he was just a hurt kid missing his family! What would do if there was a giant in the tree in your back yard? Samantha.
Hi Ms Judd its me Justus, I think Jack's mum helped him because he was eating food next to a pole when he was finished eating he bumped into the pole many times. Then Jack's mum came walking around the park and saw George bumping into the pole so she decided to help him. George didn't know that Jack's mum was there because it was too busy looking at the pole. Jack's mum decided that George was going to eventually hurt his head more and more. Jack's mum saved George from hitting the pole then George flew away. I think Jack's mum isn't scared of George because she likes animals and she was born a animal person.
