    I think some words to describe the yellow zone are frustrated, annoyed, wiggly, excited, scared, flustered, flummoxed. I think some ways to get from the yellow zone to the green zone is take some deep breaths because that always helps or go up to your room listen to an audio book and do Lego.   4. Hello my name is Byesion and I will describe the words of yellow zone in this comment. First I must explain the yellow zone a bit more. Yellow zone is a one when you are able to control yourself but you may feel sick or frustrated in these moments of yellow zone. You could feel the following: frustrated,losing your control,excited,irritated,losing all of your focus,annoyed,worried,mixed emotions,silly,wriggly and discombobulated. How I go from yellow to green zone is I would lie down and think about what I should do in that moment instead of just doing random things without thinking about the consequence.   6. Hi my name is Ethan. I think I know how to get from the Yellow Zone to the Green zone. You could do three deep breaths in and out that could cool you down.You could also think about what you are doing because you could be disturbing the people around you and then ask your teacher am I doing the right thing then your teacher will say no and tell you to calm down.

    These are some words that i think you would feel when you are in the Yellow Zone Discombobulated, frightened, bewildered, exited. And I think that to get back to the Green Zone I normally go to my room and read or I walk away and take some deep breaths and count to 10. What do you normally like to do when you are trying to get back in the Green Zone?
