Hello my name is Byesion and I will describe the words of yellow zone in this comment. First I must explain the yellow zone a bit more. Yellow zone is a one when you are able to control yourself but you may feel sick or frustrated in these moments of yellow zone. You could feel the following: frustrated,losing your control,excited,irritated,losing all of your focus,annoyed,worried,mixed emotions,silly,wriggly and discombobulated. How I go from yellow to green zone is I would lie down and think about what I should do in that moment instead of just doing random things without thinking about the consequence.
