Hi Matilda here (at home!) Someways I get back to the green zone from the blue zone is: 1. Talk to my parents about it. 2. Read a good book and Relax. 3. Play with my baby sister. What are someways you go from the blue zone to the green zone? Come check out my blog at link. Hope you are going well in lock down. Bye, Matilda.
Kia Ora Matilda, You have some great ways to exit the Blue Zone. I wish I had a baby sister to play with, that would definitely help cheer me up. Maybe I could borrow yours? Talking to people is another great way to figure out what's going on; especially when they are your family because they will try their best to help. I will check out your blog post, Megan : )
Hello Megan! the way I always get back to the green zone from the blue zone is: go sob in my room for a while then start reading a good book, stay mad at the person who made me mad, which is basically giving them the silent treatment and pretending they are invisible for the next hour or 2, then they make me laugh and we make up. at least that is what always happens. how do you get back to the green zone from any zone? blog ya later! Niamh
Hi Niamh, I enjoyed your reply. I loved the way you made your answer like a story. I like to get out in the garden to dig weeds and plant things. That way I'm looking to the future, when the plants become flowers, fruit or vegetables. It's hard to stay unhappy when you start imagining all that amazing growth. Looking forward to checking out your blog posts, Megan : )
Hi Megan!!!π Here are 3 ways I get back in to the green zone. I go and read a book my favorite book that helps a lot because it is a really funny book that makes me laughπ. Sometimes looking at trees it looks very beautiful with all its flowers and leaves. Playing with my dog it is fun. When I Playing with my dog I forget what I am mad aboutπΆ. How do you get back in to the green zone? BYE!!!πΎπ
Kia Ora Mikayla, It's great to hear all your thoughtful ideas on how to get back into the Green Zone. You know they say "Laughter is the best medicine" so I think reading a funny book would be a perfect way to cheer up. I remember reading the Clarice Bean books (written by Lauren Child) to my kids and they really made us laugh a lot. I also find being in nature super helpful to pep me up when my mood is low. Looking forward to seeing your blog posts, Megan : )
Hello my name is Wilbur and I am in Room 7, I think you can get back into the green zone from the blue zone by... 1. Doing a puzzle 2. Have some screen time 3. Lye down in your bed and read or sleep. Do you do any of these things to get into the green zone?
Hi Wilbur, it's good to hear from you. I love doing puzzles, especially jigsaw puzzles. I think they would be a great way to help focus my mind on something creative so I don't dwell on the things that have put me in the Blue Zone. What kind of puzzles do you like doing? I like your idea about taking a break somewhere quiet to read or sleepy, it sounds very peaceful. Looking forward to checking out your blog posts, Megan : )
Kia Ora, J'Varn. I like your ideas to help you get out of the Blue Zone. Do you think you could expand on them? Why would seeing your Nana help? How does netball make you feel? What does sitting in your room give you a chance to do? Looking forward to checking out your blog posts, Megan : )
Hi Miss Judd, what help's me get back to the green zone is to have some time in my room and lie down or go play some football at Eden Park since I live right across the road from it. What helps you get into the green zone? Blog you later!
Hey William, It is very handy to have such a big space near your house. We live near the cycle path so I often go for a ride to get myself into a better headspace. I also love walking, especially in the bush or on the beach. Does reading help you get back into the Green Zone? Looking forward to checking out your blog, Megan : )
Hey Miss Judd,Ted here from your class you should know me, If I was in the Blue Zone I would read maybe listen to some music and play some football. How is your family coping in lockdown I am not coping because i do not get to see my friends and the fact that the rest of new zealand is in level 2.
