Hello Megan!! I think it is up to you and your teacher to learn because if the teacher does not teach you then you can not learn anything and the teacher with get fired. But if you do not listen to the teacher when shes talking then you will not learn. You need to go to school to learn everything (Well maybe not everything). What would you like to learn??? Gidday Room 7 it is the teacher and the student's responsibility because the teacher has to teach the student or the teacher either won't get paid or the teacher will get fired. Its also the student's responsibility they won't learn if the student doesn't want to learn because the student won't get a good job or they won't even get a job or get paid by the council. The teacher has to teach you stuff and then you have to listen to the teacher telling you stuff otherwise you will not be learning stuff if you are not listening. I think that your learning is not really the teachers responsibility because they get payed to teach you things and you need to make sure that you listen to them cause they can't actually make you do anything so it is your responsibility to do learning and take in the information.
