Hello Megan!!! This is a really confusing question. Also hard to answer. But I think that for the first question. I think you could not really learn with out understanding. Because maybe if your teacher is talking about maths you might not understand it and she asks you about it. But on the other hand you could learn because that is how we learn sometimes you do not know what it is. Like I learned my x tables but I did not know what they were from the start but because I learned it now I know it! So I think you could understand and sometimes you do not. Well I do not think that you can understand with out learning because how could you do that like you need to know the meaning of the word to say it because you do not want to say so something mean and not know the understanding. I think you'll be able to learn but not understand. Because you can learn a new word in another language but you cant understand what it means. But because you don't understand what it means, it might be offensive to other people who speak that language.
